5 EFT Tapping Techniques To Supercharge Your Tapping

1. Argue with Yourself
Have fun when you tap - argue! Tap while giving all the reasons you need to stay stuck and all the reasons to change. Tap why you should do something and why you shouldn’t. Your reasons for hating something and your reasons for loving it.
With this method, you give two parts of you a voice. Your inner blocks often clear. It can help you make decisions. Clarity can arise where all you felt was confusion before.

Use EFT affirmations like theses: I won’t change. You can’t make me. I refuse to do it. I don’t have to. Who do you think you are, anyway? I will never do what you want. You can’t tell me what to do.

Appreciation tapping can improve your vibe, help the law of attraction work more in your favor and make your life happier. You can tap on all the things you appreciate in your life, the world, your home, your work, the people in your life. It’s not the thing you appreciate that matters, it’s how you improve your vibe.
5. Tap Into Your Future
You can seed your future with positive possibilities by beginning your tapping statements with “I’m looking forward to…” Finish that statement by saying first things that are about to happen, then things you expect will happen and finally by things you’d feel great if they did happen.
If you do this tapping technique regularly, you will feel more joy in life, increase your positive vibe and law of attraction and help you attract more abundance in all areas of your life.
