EFT Tapping Can Change Your Life
I adore Emotional Tapping. Why? Because I’m a different person since discovering it.
Before I discovered Emotional Freedom Tapping and became an enormous fan, here were some of the characteristics of my life:
- overweight
- exhausted all the time
- ate nonstop every evening after dinner
- avoided people because of the discomfort I felt
- hated myself
- hated my work
- always anxious
- underlying sense of hopelessness about my life
- everything I did was a struggle
- procrastinated like crazy
- I was an emotional wreck
Then I heard about EFT. On my first exposure I rejected it. It looked too silly. How could that be scientific? And felt ridiculous.
It could’t possibly work. So I passed.
Then some time later I ran across it again. This time I was more open minded. I read about it, studied it. I started tapping on my worst emotions.
My best decision was to do Gary Craig’s Personal Peace Procedure. It’s one of the best tapping therapy techniques around. What that entails is this:
- Write down every lousy memory from your life. Keep listing until you get a least 100.
- Do EFT tapping on every event on the list.
That’s what you do. Sounds simple - well it is simple. However, you gotta have guts to do it.
I started in on my list. I would tap on on several events almost every morning before I got out of bed. And in the afternoon I’d tap when taking a walk. And I’d go for a walk in the afternoon and tap on a couple more events then.
After a couple of weeks, the darnedest thing happened. I lost my carb cravings. I had lost that nightly anxiety
The improvements just kept coming. I felt more creative than ever. Much more business. My relationships got easier. And it continues.
If you haven’t yet tried EFT tapping, what are you waiting for?
